At Reliance Retreats, we’re always looking for ways to improve how we communicate with our owners. While we initially moved away from the newsletter format—where news was often outdated by the time it was published—to WhatsApp Communities, we’ve realised that there’s room to do even better.
Why We Moved to WhatsApp Communities
WhatsApp Communities has been a fantastic way to share the latest updates about what’s happening on-site and within the company. It’s ideal for providing quick, real-time information and allows us to address FAQs promptly via broadcasts.
However, we’ve noticed two key limitations with the current setup:
1.Character Limits: WhatsApp broadcasts restrict the length of updates, making it difficult to go into detail on certain topics.
2.Finding Past Updates: Owners have shared that it can be challenging to locate older messages or articles within WhatsApp.
Introducing Our Blog-Style Feed
To address these issues and improve the overall experience, we’ve created a dedicated blog-style feed on our website:

Here’s how it works:
•We’ll continue to share updates and stories via WhatsApp broadcasts.
•Each update will include a link to the full article on the blog, so you can easily access the complete information.
•The blog feed allows you to browse past articles at your convenience.
•We’re adding a search function to help you quickly find specific topics or updates.
What This Means for You
No extra work is needed by you. We will continue to post via WhatsApp, however this new system combines the immediacy of WhatsApp with the depth and organisation of a blog. Whether it’s a quick update or an in-depth article, you’ll always have easy access to the information you need.
