Hi, I’m Amy! I’m 29 years old, and I’ve had the exciting experience of owning my own business in the past. With a qualification in business and management, I’ve honed my skills and developed a passion for helping others achieve success. I live in Chudleigh, some 3 minutes drive from Finlake, and have lived here all my life.
I would describe myself as an outgoing and energetic person who loves to stay busy. Whether it’s helping, advising or taking on new challenges, I’m always eager to go above and beyond to get things done and make a positive impact.
My goal is always to provide support, share knowledge, and contribute to any team or community I’m a part of. I look forward to connecting with others and bringing value wherever I can!
As Reliance Retreats Customer Relationship Manager, my primary responsibilities revolve around building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, owners and suppliers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty and serve as the main point of contact for customers/owners, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs but to also establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers/owners by understanding their goals and objectives.
To improve the guest and owner experience within Reliance Retreats / Devon Holidays, I will focus on the following key areas:
Enhancing Communication and Personalisation
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Building Stronger Relationships
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and my dog, Margot. I’m really passionate about staying active, so I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible. Whether it’s going for walks, exploring nature, or just soaking up the fresh air, I find it energising and refreshing. It’s all about enjoying life and staying connected with the people (and pets) I love!
I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to many amazing places, including Disney World, Portugal, Turkey, and France, each offering unique experiences and memories. While I love exploring new destinations, I also appreciate a relaxing staycation. Sometimes there’s nothing better than enjoying the local sights and taking a break without the hassle of travel. Both types of trips have their own charm, and I enjoy the variety they bring to my adventures!
I’m most excited about the opportunity to connect with people and make a real impact. Whether it’s helping guests have a memorable experience or supporting owners in optimizing their properties, I thrive on building strong relationships and finding solutions that make a difference. I’m also eager to bring my skills in business and management to the table, working collaboratively with the team to improve processes and drive growth. It’s a great chance to stay dynamic, challenge myself, and contribute to creating a positive environment for both customers and all involved!
