As we approach the festive period, we would like to let you know that the office will be closed from midday on Friday 19th December, reopening on Wednesday 7th January 2026.
During this time, all operational matters within the lodges and guest support will continue to be fully managed by Amy and our trusted suppliers. Any non-urgent administrative and background work will resume from 7th January 2026.
If you need to contact the team regarding your property during this period, the quickest and most effective method is via your property’s WhatsApp group, where Amy, Housekeeping, and the hot-tub maintenance team are all members.
Finally, we would like to thank you for entrusting us with the care of your properties. We truly value your continued support and are very much looking forward to everything that 2026 has in store.
